Statement on the Protection and Collection of Personal Data

Horvat Turizam d.o.o., owner of the Skipper4You website, is committed to protecting customers’ personal data by collecting only the necessary basic information required to fulfill our obligations. Customers are informed about how the collected data is used and are regularly given the option to decide on the use of their data, including the possibility of having their name removed from marketing lists.

Personal data protection is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Parliament and Council Regulation No. 2016/679, as well as the applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia.

Monri Payments, as the provider of credit and debit card authorization and payment processing services, handles personal data as a data processor and processes such data in accordance with the GDPR and strict PCI DSS Level 1 security standards for data protection.

Statement on the Use of Monri WSPay

Skipper4You uses Monri WSPay for secure online payments.

Monri WSPay is a secure system for real-time online authorization and payment processing of credit and debit cards, enabling safe transmission and processing of card data. The system applies the highest security standards for data protection and information transfer.

Monri WSPay uses SSL certificates with 256-bit encryption and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol to ensure maximum security during data transmission and storage.

3D Secure Protection

The webshop uses the 3D Secure security protocol, which provides additional customer authentication during online card payments, ensuring a higher level of protection and transaction security through the card issuer’s banking system.
