Skipper4You provides services related to nautical tourism and education, including:

  • skipper courses,
  • hostess courses,
  • Boat Leader Category B courses,
  • Mile Builder programs,
  • Atlantic Crossing programs,
  • skipper services,
  • hostess services,
  • onboard chef services,
  • yacht deliveries,
  • charter assistance,
  • sailboat sales,
  • private tours and related tourism activities.

Service details, pricing and availability are displayed on the website or provided directly to customers.

3. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

A booking is considered confirmed after:

  • successful online payment processing, or
  • confirmation by the Skipper4You team.

Payments are securely processed through Monri Payments.

Horvat turizam d.o.o. does not store customer credit card information.

4. PRICES & CURRENCY

All prices are displayed in EUR (€).

For international customers, the final charged amount may vary depending on the exchange rate applied by the customer’s bank or card issuer.

CURRENCY CONVERSION STATEMENT

All payments will be made in euros (EUR).

The amount charged to the customer’s credit card is obtained through conversion of the price from EUR according to the exchange rate of the card associations.

As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.

5. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Customers may cancel services or bookings by contacting us via email at info@skipper4you.com.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are approved solely at the discretion of the organizer.

In cases of justified reasons, bad weather conditions, safety concerns or force majeure, Skipper4You may:

  • offer a new booking date,
  • offer a replacement service,
  • partially refund the payment,
  • or approve a full refund based on individual assessment.

Refunds are generally not available for digital courses, reserved dates, custom arrangements or services already started.

6. COMPLAINTS

Customers may submit complaints via email to info@skipper4you.com.

Each request will be reviewed individually within a reasonable time.

7. LIABILITY

Skipper4You is not responsible for:

  • weather conditions,
  • delays caused by third parties,
  • itinerary changes due to safety reasons,
  • loss of personal belongings,
  • customer behavior contrary to safety instructions or applicable laws.

Customers are required to follow all skipper, crew and organizer safety instructions.

8. PRIVACY & PERSONAL DATA

Horvat turizam d.o.o. processes personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations and Croatian law.

Collected data is used exclusively for:

  • booking processing,
  • customer communication,
  • service delivery,
  • newsletter and promotional communication with customer consent.

Customers may request modification or deletion of personal data at any time.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the court in Zagreb, Croatia.
